“I had such a bad experience with this place. It was absolutely filthy. Right when we arrived we had to go purchase cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom and floors. There were so many cockroaches that we had to leave and book a new hotel for the last night. The woman on the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to refund our money for the last night even though it was their fault the the room was filled with cockroaches. We will be returning to Texas next march……

“The room was nicely updated, and the shower was fantastic. The location of the property is by a major road, so it was noisy, but I slept fine as it served a sort of white noise for me personally. If you’re sensitive to absolute silence this would not be the place for you. My main complaint was with cleanliness. I stayed for two nights and there was no cleaning service during my stay. There were small hairs around in the bathroom and there was even a poop stain on the wall by the toilet. The……

“Their saying the online prices are not valid and was trying to make me pay more or choose a smaller room waisted a whole 40 minutes talking to the manager about nothing was resolved until I called the actual customer service on the phone waist of time over priced here ”
