“My husband and I were the twice in two weeks, both times were for concerts. The first visit was not the best. Our room had stains on the sofa and bedsheets. There were visible dirty handprints around a mirror in the room, signifying that some people had fun before we got there. The second time we went, the room was a bit better. There were still visible stains on a sofa, so we did not utilize it at all. The outside of the hotel seemed a little sketchy, but at least we didn’t have to pay extra……

“I was in a rush to check in on 2/20 at 17:30 and the staff was all busy at that time. However, the manager Fabio is very kind to me even thought he seems in a rush too. He helped bringing us extra comforter, sight seeing map and food/resturants' direction. We appreciate all his services to us. We will certain visit again because of him.”
