“The staff was professional and pleasant. I must have gotten a smoking room. The air conditioner was loud. For price I can't complain.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“Great 2 bedroom condo with all amazing appliances and comfy beds to lay our heads.Pheonix is quite spread out and little hard to get around if you don’t have a car, however there a food and restaurant options about a 20 min walk away, but it is an uber ride to other major attractions. ”

“The Brick House is adorable and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and shopping. I choose the location to visit friends nearby and it worked out perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and the huge walk-in shower has great pressure. I didn't spend time in the courtyard, but its very lovely! Thanks, Jill! I look forward to my next visit.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size for two. We used it as a home base during a conference. It is small but the kitchen and living area in addition to the bedroom were just enough to relax after the day's activities. There are some nice amenities, but not all were working or easy to figure out. The water filter quit working and the water was scalding hot, so had to be careful with the sink and shower. Otherwise, a great comfortable stay.”
