“When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back……

“从中国转机过来的旅客到达都一般很晚，返程回国因为要中转起飞都非常早，雪城是个小机场，租车等服务不提供24小时服务。该酒店距候机大楼仅仅四五百米距离。从JetBlue出口只有走四五分钟。是搭乘早晚航班不方便安排接送的自由客的好选择。酒店零点到凌晨四点没有接送服务，其他时间有免费穿梭接送。如果体力不是问题，建议从候机楼步行，完全可行。也有出租可选，15美元的起步价可达，小费是行李多寡斟酌。 酒店24小时前台接待，设施完备。餐厅到晚10点。早晨据说凌晨四点开始方便早班乘机人。有自助洗衣房，室外泳池等健身设施。 我是午夜到达的自由行，庆幸明智地选择了一夜该酒店，第二天早晨回候机楼拿车很方便的。”
