“We were very pleased with this property - it had such wonderful charm, plenty of space, perfect location for walking to everything in town, it was very clean, and had a view of the lake. I would recommend a stay here to anyone considering it! Will check it out again if we make another trip to Grand Marais. ”

“The cabin was very cozy and clean. Even though we have two large dogs it was still the perfect size for us. The location was great since I was taking a 3 day course at the North House Folk School. Everything that you need in the kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. We will definitely return. Very dog friendly.”

“Property very cozy & north woodsy. Hard to find it since there was no sign in front. It was very hot in the room (winter) & it didn’t seem to make a difference by turning the HVAC system to off. Made it very difficult to sleep. Bird poop covered the mat & floor at the front entrance — very gross. ”

“This place was beautiful! The community area had a lakeside view with a gas fireplace and new modern furnishings complete with refreshments. Our suite was on the third floor and we had a spectacular view. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the full kitchen and grill downstairs that was available. They even had grilling utensils for us to use. We loved walking everywhere and hope to stay again when we visit Grand Marais. The fireplace in our room was the only……
