“This is a nice facility, convenient to Dulles IAD, with great shuttle service. My biggest complaint is that there is very little to muffle slamming doors or TV next door.”

“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”

“The place was safe and the room spotless. Very customer oriented. E.g. they were worried that I would have transportation in my way back from DC and asked If I felt comfortable with the service.”
