“Beds were advertised as queen-size but were full-size with three small pillows. The bathroom needs ventilation. The staff were friendly and attendtive.”

“The room I stayed in had a terrible moldy smell, like a shower room, and it felt damp and cold.”

“The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned.”

“There was hair stuck in the bath wall and the bathtub drain was clogged with a ball of hairs which was a horrible sight to see and clean ourselves. There were towels with love stains, I never use hotel towels for that reason but I never imagined I would experience this one day. When I moved the towels out of the way I noticed some were dirty and one of them literally had love stains on it, so gross. They need to really check that once in a while.”
