“This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that.”

“Clean, excellent accommodations with perfect location on the lake. Perfectly set up for entertainment with your family and friends! The added benefit of being able to use the boat was fantastic. Great host! Would definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back! ”

“Great little house with plenty of yard for the pups to play. House was clean and didn't smell like some pet friendly places we've stayed. Owner quickly replied to questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a perfect place to hang with our family in between baseball tournament games. The living room with the large couch was our main draw, so we had space to hang with local family while here. The beds were comfortable, great spaces overall.”
