“Our bathroom was not Cleaned Hair and a razor cap Behind door The clean up person Didn’t Speak English so It Was hard to Navigate ”

“I am so disappointed that I booked through hotels.com and have prepaid the accommodation fees. But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”

“The property is next to a Home Depot. Lot doesn't feel super safe. Other than that, the beds were as comfy as Veneitian Las Vegas. Firsr floor seemed a little loud/sketchy. 3rd floor was great. Nice and quiet. Super clean breakfast area. Halls smell a big of cigarettes despite it being non smoking. Check in manager was wonderful. ”

“Although the Bistro was excellent, the hours and days available were very inconvenient. I was under the impression that there was a full restaurant. This will make a difference on my next trip.”
