“Bad service on my checkin, very bad organization. No towels on the bathroom, no hot water on the shower, i called reception 4 times for get tv and A/C control remote. The breakfast was included but take the people to another place because no restaurant,i n the hotel i was waiting almost 45 minutes for have breakfast. ”
