“Affordable lodging near the beach. I parked the car at check-in and walked everywhere. Clean and comfy room. Nice pool. Beautiful grounds. Free continental breakfast. Friendly staff. I will definitely be back.”

“The staff was very friendly. Our room was neat and had a kitchenette that we weren't expecting. We were able to park directly in front of our room. The motel is right across from Long Sands which was convenient. the only downside to the location was that it's located at the very beginning of long sands, so for a few hours before and after high tide, there is no beach and you have to go about a half mile up toward the bathhouse to find sand. I would recommend this motel!”

“The owners were warm & inviting. The place is very clean & has an old fashioned charm. There is a heated pool. Excellent WiFi signal. Right on Route 1, restaurant across the street for lunch or dinner. Beach is .9 mile away walking. ”

“We loved that this property was right across from the beach and had both indoor/outdoor pools. Great for the kids! Rooms were wonderful aside from the small deck which did not appear too sturdy. Clean, friendly staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again. ”
