“Nice surprise! Clean, well maintained, spacious studio apartment with a lovely backyard and swimming pool. The hosts were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to drive us to a restaurant. When we arrived in the neighborhood we thought it was a little run down, but it was very safe and walkable. ”

“Ils ont accepté ma réservation à 21h35, mais les portes sont vérouillées à partir de 20h00. Je me suis fait avoir, je fais des recours pour récupérer mon argent... Soyez vigilent. J'ai évalué à 1 partout, mais je n'ai rien constaté, puisque je ne suis pas entré... ”

“The communication was great and we knew just what we needed to do to access the property. It was much larger then we expected and the private patio was ideal. I loved that it had a washing machine. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store also. Both Rome and the beach were fairly close allowing us to go to both.”

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended!

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
