“I had several lights out in my room and asked for bulb replacement. After 3 days waiting, hotel maintenance never replaced the burned-out bulbs. Hotel maintenance also never repaired the handicap hotel entrance doors. The doors were constantly being used and the hotel lobby was always cold because the doors never self-closed.
