To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. ”

“My experience was great. We are staying in a loft room which separated me with my roommate who snored loudly. The loft room was quiet and the noise insulation was very good. I did not hear the noise from outside either. The airport shuttle bus service was also good that we arrived at the airport in time. ”
