“+ Large apartment + New toilet, but the water pressure of the shower is not sufficient. + Nice and helpful neighbor + Large kitchen 。Looks like historical apartment , not as new as photos - Feel cheated, there is discrepancy between the booking description and the facility. We have elderly, baby, and heavy luggages, thus we target to book an apartment with elevator but there is NO elevator in fact. - Both of the double bed and the sofa bed are not supportive, it just like a "Swamp" when……

“Very unique property. Super quiet with easy access and lots of shops, restaurants and sites very close by. Easy access to the water taxi too. Just loved the property for so many reasons. ”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“房間非常的大，服務人員非常Nice，可惜沒有電梯行李太重扛上去很累。入口招牌有點不清楚，但其實飯店整體都很不錯，感覺整齊”

“They staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to canal view.. my wife were very happy with that. The breakfast area is on the balcony with the canal view as well. Very good stay although it is a little costly.”

“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”
