“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”

“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”

“Very nice hotel in Venice, in convenient location for Venice Biennale and close to anything you want to visit as well as good restaurants. Combines classic charm with well refurbished / modern amenities. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff. We found our first room noisy, although otherwise excellent, and they kindly moved us to a very quiet room. We will stay again.”
