“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

The only thing that was a bit unnerving was that a woman (let’s call her Karen) was watching me like a hawk when I checked in and then slid something under the door about the rules of the building. Not sure she would have done this with others but I didn’t like the implication. That said, I would stay here again. ”

“Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still”

“The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was very convenient though pricey ($49 for a night). I loved that I was able to walk to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and the shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy - our neighbors were very loud at 2:00a and woke us up. Then someone started to smoke weed and the smell wafted into our room - it gave me a headache. Finally fell asleep at 4:00a. ”
