“Good environment, nice ocean view, comfortable room, good breakfast and dinner I will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.”

“We loved staying here way better than most of the other hotels we have stayed at in cypress the food way very good most nights in terms of vegetarian and vegan options but there were a few nights where options were limited but that is to be expected. The cleanliness was very good for most of the hotel apart from the woman’s public bathrooms as the bins were overflowing but everything else was very clean and tidy. ”

“Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. Bed and air conditioners were very good. Be warned……
