“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Matt went above and beyond to not only make sure we had transportation from the airport to the hotel but he set us up with transportation to where we needed to go the next day.
