“The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The hotel is dated but the water was warm, the sheets clean and it was quite.”

“Always a wonderful stay. A wonderful boutique hotel. Room access can be a challenge for those not in shape ( you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms) but it is well worth it. Rooms are spacious yet cozy. There's a common area that is simply wonderful. Any time our travels take us near Marietta, we make it a point to stay at this wonderful place.”

“It was a great vacation spot for my daughter and I. We wanted privacy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and comes with everything you would need in household items. We enjoyed the deck. We saw deer in the morning and evening. Watched the fish jump in the pond. A relaxing vacation spot. Hoping to stay again next year. ”

“We really needed a break and a chance to unwind and Roger n Mary's place was the perfect place for it. We hiked, swam in the lake, watched the humming birds on the porch and got a good night's sleep every night. The house is lovely and accommodating and Roger n Mary are great hosts, making sure everything is right.”

“The house is beautifully located not far from town and convenience. We stayed five nights and it was beautiful. We went to town and bought groceries. There’s a grill for cooking out and all the accommodations to make beautiful meals. We enjoyed the campfire and the hot tub . The house was very clean and neat and well maintained. We are able to sit back and relax and enjoy our time. I would highly recommend this place.!”
