“We thoroughly enjoyed our 7night stay at The Residence (30/8/25-5/9/25) and would definitely recommend. “Incredible hotel! The staff is amazing. So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds, rooms, and views are stunning. The sea pool is beyond and the diving boards are so much fun. We brought our 8 month old and they provided a crib, stuffed animal, and adorable backpack. The staff was also very sweet with the baby and offered a high chair at every meal. “Great location in Funchal! Perfect walking distance to everything — especially convenient after a long day of hiking and sightseeing when you want to just wander for dinner.
