“The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated. Once it's finished it will be a beautiful place to relax. The room has the bathroom sink in the bedroom. Could use a microwave……

“Loved our stay here! We stayed 2 nights and walked around the vicinity of the place. They gave us recommendations on places where to eat,drink and chill! It is SO CLOSE to La Factoria which is a good bar with good drinks. At 12mn to 1am it is still noisy but they provided ear plugs and it did worked. there is Cold and hot water and the bathroom smells good. Fridge is cold also the AC. Check out time was 11am but we were still on a tour to El Morro and they happily said we can stay till 1pm. And……
