The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill.”

“This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good.”

“We only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs.”
