“The "text" staff was super. I would get a response within seconds and they promptly delivered every request. The in-person staff wasn't as friendly or efficient. They were annoyed that I didn’t sign up for their 90 minute timeshare presentation. She forgot to give me the wristbands after I declined going to the presentation. But, I am so grateful for the staff that communicated via text. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. The location was a bit far from where we were……
