“Everything was as described. We stayed 5 nights as a family with two kids (7 and 8), and enjoyed it. Located in the center of the city, you can enjoy the city's charm. The shower has plenty of hot water. The owner and Marcos were very helpful and responded timely. If you don’t know where to eat, you can just go to the restaurant “Sikè”next door. You will be greeted by an extensive menu, reasonable prices, and friendly service.”

“Stunning palazzo with historic charm and incredible views of the sea and the Etna. Valet parking was available and easy to access as the palazzo is located in the pedestrian area. We booked an executive junior suite for family of 3, the sofa bed is small/twin size, which was a little surprising to me but the view made up for it. We only had breakfast in the restaurant which looked beautiful but we usually prefer to walk around and try something outside of the hotels.”

“Our room was near the kitchen and hence it was quite noisy. The hotel also was not very convenient considering how hard it was to drive. The staff however is very helpful and the experience was very nice ”

“Pleasant hostess, clean room, offsite breakfast is OK though we were asked to pay after the 2nd night until we mentioned Francisco. Parking is the big issue, free parking is only available on the beach road. Paid parking is available at local parking garage. Rocky beach nearby, sandy beach is half a kilometer away. Good location to catch bus to Isole Bella in Taormina. Everything worked well in the room.”

“The hotel was lovely with a gorgeous view and the location was perfect to walk into the main shopping and dining area. The staff was fantastic and took amazing care of us. They even gave us a bottle of prosecco when the found out it was our anniversary. They served a fantastic breakfast each day. The only issue was the metal shade that was supposed to roll down to block light from coming into the room was broken and we told the front desk clerk who was going to try to fix while we were out but……
