“Room was clean and the staff was so friendly. The outside pool was enjoyable we didn’t make it to the indoor pool because we only stayed 2 nights but was pleased with the option incase we got rained out of outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Everything was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay. The room was immaculate. Our check in was a breeze since I did the pre-check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a small shop you can get drinks out of. Their pool is open until 2 a.m.!! You cant beat that! There were plenty of ALL the amenities they say they provide. It isn't hard to get in or out of the hotel parking lot, which is always a plus. It is in walking distance of gas stations, shops, and food. When we come to……

“This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. ”

“One elevator was broken when we checked in. The second elevator broke the second day. This was inconvenient sine we were on the sixth floor. ”

“Wayback is in a very convenient location. They have a wonderful breakfast. The only down sides are the noise from the strip and parking is hard to navigate. There was live entertainment by the pool. It is a nice place to stay.”

“This was an amazing hotel! The rooms were very nice, had a huge flat screen tv, beautifully decorated and clean. They had an indoor and outdoor pool and even in the beginning of October the outdoor was still open. They have a 3ft deep hot tub outside that is so big you can swim in it. My 6 year old even loved swimming in it. I was out there and looked up and saw the staff cleaning the outside of the hotel, dusting the walls, and we would see them working off and on just about all day. You can……
