“The room and pool area were great. We could have done without the leaves being blown in our little area for over an hour. It was hard to relax on the deck. But other than that all the staff were super friendly and willing to help. We would stay here again. ”

“1. Room phone not opperable to discuss loud neighbors with front desk. (No security). 2. Room photos show a stove top in on-line photos. (Day before Thanksgiving we needed this feature). 3. No elevator, I am over 64 this should have been stated as an option somewhere prior to purchase. (Not in "Our section" of the facility). 4. Very noisy till 2am, with no working line to the front desk, or number on which to request security. (Welcome packet had no number, to call if you have an issue with……
