“The service is not in place and it took a long time to find it”

“We arrived and check in went smoothly. Parking was right in front of the property. Parking include and easy access. My husband and I were pleased with the room. Very clean. Rooms and property as seen in pictures. Air conditioning was good. It did not feel humid and the AC turned off and on at a good rate. We only stayed for 2 days no room or staff issues. If we go back to San Antonio we will stay here. Kitchen is big enough to cook for a family. ”

“Did not use the pool. Limited services but it was clean and comfortable. No in cabin toilet or bathrooms but they are close by. Overall I would rate it a 3-4 star facility.”
