“The staff were welcoming, helpful and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Only a short distance from the Sacre Coeur Our room was spacious with a well functioning rain shower. It became clear overnight though that the AC wasn't functioning properly. The temperature seemed to be set centrally but the fan didn't appear to be working. “It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is……

“We chose Le Pigalle on recommendation from our friend, and had a pleasant stay for the 3 nights we were in Paris. Very convenient location, if you like to shop, you can walk to Galeries Lafayette in 15 minutes. We chose the Pigalle 15 (standard room), the room itself is quite small since the bed took up a lot of space, but the bed was really comfy so it kind of made up for it. The rooms are clean and tidy. ”

“We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……

“工作人員對於中國人不太友善，但對外國人態度不一樣。另外我們是全數付款住宿到21號，但因為冠狀病毒遊客減少，3月16日他們發了email給我們，說是政府的指示要求我們在3月17日12點離開，當晚我們找當地朋友問他們說政府沒有這個規例，另外我們在網上亦可以訂購到其他飯店，我跟他們理論，他們最後回覆是因為酒店沒有新的客人所以管理層決定請我們離開，對於他們的不負責任行為為我們帶來很多的不便，亦都增加了我們酒店及交通的成本，感覺十分之差。”
