“The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to.……

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “This is the perfect place to stay, breakfast, quiet, pool, nice people!!! Close yo EVERYTHING!!”

“Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this hotel. First night had to get the front desk to help me get rid of a HUGE spider & there were cockroaches in the hotel room. It hurt to shower because the pressure was so strong. The windows are bolted shut so it feels like you are a bit of a prisoner. Not the safest area.. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews about playa Hermosa. I would recommend Taramindo and Flamingo ”

“Beautiful place with a small intimate feeling and the best sunset happy hour one could imagine. Our hot tub was a bit too chlorined and we did have some ants that they helped remove but otherwise we were very happy!”

The room was just a big open space for all 5 of us to share. The rate was good but taxes and fees tripled the price. Delicious free breakfast! ”
