“Pros:The apartment was clean and a good size for a family of 4 . Good size of terrace with a table and chairs.Good storage for everyone's clothes. A coffee maker, a toaster , a couple of pots, plates,cups and glasses enough for 4 ppl Excellent communication with the management via whatsup. “The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our checkout day we wanted to do a tour in Playa Coco and they held our bags for a few hours. The grounds were well kept. We had a little patio with rocking chairs that was comfortable to sit on while we made plans for the day. The hotel is a block from the beach and the walk is easy. “Excellent views, food options are lacking as only one basic buffet for all meals and very limited choices. It could be so much more with the fantastic views. Our unit was a good size but was located far away from main pool and restaurant which is not what I expected, it was infested with ants and cockroaches. We had ants in our king bed!!!
