“Fantastic hostel, which is more like a hotel! Everything is so clean and new. The place is really spacious - including all common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and it’s a comfortable place to hang out. Staff are really friendly- I don’t know all of their names, but I remember Clara at breakfast was helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious - better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of the best. The area is cool and trendy, with so much to do……

“The hotel is beautiful, close to awesome dining and shopping, and the staff were all so helpful! The room was adorable, especially with the Juliet balcony. We would choose this hotel again, if and when we get to revisit Madrid from the states. ”

“房間真的很小但該有的都有，每天都會打掃，還每天補充膠囊咖啡(房間內)。櫃台很親切，有什麼問題都會幫忙，地點走路去市區內各景點都不遠，離地鐵站也很近。唯一的缺點是浴室門是透明的~~這點實在有點尷尬。除此之外以這樣的價錢C/P值很高，非常推薦!!”

“酒店位於酒吧街巷內，服務台登記完就直接在開放式的餐廳入電梯，房間尚算乾淨。 但是此酒店沒有茶水(沒有茶包、咖啡包)供應，也沒有熱水壺，這是不合理的。 這是基本的設備，更何況它標明是四星級酒店，名不符實！”
