“Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.”

“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me.
