“Clean room with quick check in. Two faults, toilet/shower small items were quickly fixed by friendly staff. ”

“We loved Casa Sangria. Very well equipped and easy to live in. Everything was so clean and in in great working order! Washer/dryer in the unit made it easy to throw a quick load of laundry in! Bathroom is a little small, but completely functional for a family. Would 100% stay again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a great location for a great price!!”

“The hotel is undergoing renovations so the elevator and part of the hallway had cardboard protection up. Our room was nice and looked newly renovated. The tv was missing the cable, but the girl at the desk helped us with that. The blind on the window didn’t block out light very well. Breakfast was typical free buffet. The area is busy with restaurants and shopping nearby.”

“THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I……
