“Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. It was wonderful that the property was dog-friendly, making it perfect for our family.The pool wasn’t working during our visit (not pumping or heating), but the owner was responsive and kept us informed. A friendly neighbor even tried to assist twice, but since it was a holiday weekend,……

“This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.”
