“My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here.”

“Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house.”

“The property had most everything we could hope for. It was in a great location, near to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog and bicycle friendly.It had a nice, fenced back yard along a boat friendly waterway. The enclosed lanai and warm pool was great to sit out on. “Five golfing friends and myself stayed in this new duplex in Rotonda West for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and close to one of the two courses we were playing. we were rained out of the 2nd day but we enjoyed playing cards and just hanging out. We all had very comfortable beds, it is perfect for 6 ladies - each with our own room. We went to Lipinski's Tavern for dinner only 2 miles away and really fantastic - great food and reasonable prices. The host was also very responsive……
