“Warm and welcoming home and host. Comfortable and spacious. Loved the mattress warmers, sunroom and porch with swing. Lovely flowers and gardens. Great books inside and out in street side free library. Everything we needed including half and half and oatmeal! Convenient to town and highways. Walking distance to downtown and waterfront activities. Wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time enjoying the cozy space. Thank you!”

“This little bungalow was great. It is right in downtown Winooski, minutes from UVM and downtown Burlington. My daughter and i stayed there after we moved her out of her dorm at UVM. It is right on the street so there is a little light and street noise if you are sensitive. It is the first floor of a two story house. We didn’t hear them upstairs too much. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean. It was funky and fun. I was a little surprised by the parking situation. It is……

“This place was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen! Errin is very responsive and a great host. It’s an older unit that doesn’t have a dishwasher and the yard is not maintained which doesn’t give a great first impression, but don’t let that fool you. It’s darling inside with very very comfortable beds and pillows, it feels clean, and it’s a quiet location that is central to everything. We had great sleep and a great stay here, and would stay here again. ”
