“Hotel itself is excellent, clean great rooms and perfect location, however reception check in staff were not professional on arrival! My Hotels.com booking confirmation and receipt were not excepted and apparently not found after waiting around for hours I was told that I would have to pay again at the hotel to stay the night as not their problem! It was a hotels.com problem and my problem! I have now paid almost €300 for a one night stay in a standard room! ”
