“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”

“The hotel provided daily cleaning which was nice and unusual to us for a 7-day resort stay. However, we were surprised that the unit didn't provide any tissue paper or paper towel for the kitchen. One single small cutting knife provided in the kitchen can barely cut through an apple. There was neither a dishwasher, nor dish washing liquid, sponge or kitchen towels. So, we had to purchase those basic items from grocery store. The beach was in a walkable distance from the hotel. But I didn't……

“Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier die Dame am Empfang. Ich verreise sehr oft und hatte selten eine so sympathische, freundliche, kompetente und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Riesenlob dafür. Das Hotel selbst ist an einen Berghang gebaut, hat einen Außenpool und einen netten Ausblick. Ich hatte zusätzlich eine sehr schöne, große Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und mit Kühlschrank……

“Bin sehr spät mit dem Flugzeug in Faro angekommen und hatte wohl das Glück, dass mir das Zimmer freigehalten wurde, da laut Rezeption die Zimmer wieder vergeben werden, wenn man nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Eincheck-Zeit beim Hotel eintrifft. Hatte die Flugdaten rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Kommunikation mit Hotel war auch im Vorfeld sehr seltsam. Sie teilten mir WhatsApp-Adresse mit, darauf reagierte jedoch niemand.”

“Good stay in a very good location. Everything you need for self catering. Many little supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. However, I found the food quality poor anywhere near the property, but it’s obviously not the hotels responsibility. Check in was fast and we even got to check in many hours earlier than expected, so this was so convenient and great as we travelled with kids and had many luggage’s. Staff is always very welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and……

“I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!!
