“The Residences apartments are good quality with large rooms and well equipped. We have stayed at the Victoria hotel before, but this was the first time in the Residences. The Residences are no longer associated with the hotel. The lack of a shuttle bus was our biggest disappointment as previously we got the shuttle into the marina and it adds €30 onto your nightly evening meal for taxis. “The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. “前臺的員工非常友善特別是年紀較大英文最好的男性員工房間的空間感非常舒適和酒店地點無話可說不是很新的傢具但是一塵不染我住了一個星期這個booking 之前還有二個只是住頂樓時有個個子細小的白人清潔員打掃馬虎我不需要她整理床鋪她幹脆房間都不清理打掃其他日子都不錯建議一定要入住海景房坐在超大的露臺你絕對不會失望不得不提酒店的早餐就强差人意每天都一樣很一般”
