“This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.”

“The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our snowy weekend in the Catskills. The amenities were just as described, if not better! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold, snowy day. Bill and Umi went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, with special touches like flowers and treats for the stay. “We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. ”
