“A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby……

An excellent location for visiting Manchester and Liverpool area. The hotel is located in a remote area of Warrington that felt safe and quiet. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, as were the shower and bathrooms. The place was quite busy over the weekends as it is frequented by locals, but such liveliness is well kept away from the bedrooms……
