“Hotel itself, due to superb staff and exquisite cuisine, as well as excellent outfitting, super.
Only downside: noise insulation of rooms is poor, 5th floor rooms need seever upgrade on noise insulation towards rooftop restaurant and bar. Otherwise noise kills until 1am and atarts with breakfast prep from 530am.

“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated).
It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
“A wonderful boutique hotel that has been restored beautifully with attention to EVERY detail.
Comfortable Cozy and Stylish. Would only stay here when returning to Cape Town.

will love to come back and stay there when in Cape Town , this time with room facing the mountain .”
“This is a small (5 rooms) guest house in a great neighborhood (The Waterkant). The house is beautiful with a small well-kept garden. Our room was in the basement (which sounds worse than what it actually was), but I think a room higher up would have been nicer. There is no reception at the house so the check-in procedure was a little more complicated than it should have been. We arrived in the evening and had been promised that a manager would be there to greet us, but that did not happen. So we……
“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference.
We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window.
The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it.
The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience.
In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”
“Boutique hotel in one of oldest houses in central Cape Town.Location excellent for walking to all major sites in area.Staff went out of their way to help.”
“The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light.
There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable.
Breakfast was……
