“I had a very nice time at Casa Bustamante! The staff are very kind and generous, offer lots of local suggestions. Breakfast in the morning was good too. Walking into the historic town is pretty quick, although you are out of town. I only stayed for a short period, two days though. I think the lack of fridge (mostly just because how fricken hot it is in Cartagena) and food options nearby (there are some solid restaurants up the street, but the nice restaurants are in town) would probably be……

“The room is absolutely beautiful, junior suite, the staff needs a lot of work. Plus everything inside of the hotel is extremely expensive for the quality of food they offer. Breakfast was the best part, but do not recommend lunch buffet. Our first day room service did not get to our room until almost 5 pm and didn't even clean the whole place. They were walking in without even knocking which one time they entered and I was laying down with my partner. The pool, bar and gym were all beautiful.……
