“Had an excellent stay at the Old Town House. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. The room was beautiful and clean, bed super comfortable and overall a lovely stay for the price. Really easy check in system too with keyless access. Thank you Anne & Mark”

“Minuscule hotel car park. Ended up parking 10min walk away on 1st night. Parked on street next night (after 9pm). Chargeable from 08:30 in morning with max 4 hrs stay. So can’t leave car for day and walk around town. Ok room. En-suite had tiny sink on very weathered wood surface. Shower ok but leaky screen, so floor was very wet after. Good amenities with nice teas, coffee & water available Housekeeping very efficient & excellent breakfast ”

“Excellent location for us, quiet - about 15 mins walk along to coast to major attractions. We were here for one night and thought it was great value, really nice guy looking after the place made us feel welcome, even with 2 screaming kids. Would come back for sure. ”

“it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). ”
