“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“我手提電話一直放在房間充電，Checkout後發現，我已經並馬上回去酒店尋找，雖然房間並沒有其他住客入住。但電話已經不見了，他們以為我已經去機場不會回來了，雖然自己不小心留在房間，但問題究竟誰會入房間呢，他們又不給我查看CCTV，他們沒有落力幫忙尋找，也沒有回應，工作人員態度很差，極度不負責任，只是一直說他們沒有看見，他們的工作人員也不會偷東西。千萬不要入住，還花了我很多我打長途電話的花費。我不斷打電話又要去差館，簡直精神虐待了兩天酒店經理二天後才回覆什麼也沒有找到。 My mobile phone kept charging in the room. “This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. ”
