“Self check in was a little disconcerting. Initially, hotel contacted us in regards to my stay few days in advance. But on the day of check in, no one contacted us with instructions on our self check in even after the check in time of 3 pm. We had to locate their phone number and contact them. Even then, they could not find our reservation which was prepaid. Eventually, they found it and text us the room, front door and room passcodes.
