“Nice modern hotel with excellent rooms: mine had a spectacular view out to sea. I was pleased to discover that the hotel was quiet although busy. The staff were very pleasant and attended in a professional manner. The food, unfortunately, I thought was disappointing although very keenly priced. Food service was lacking a bit of professionalism. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return.”

“Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . “If you are looking for 4 or 5* ratings then the Waterford Arms isn't for you. If you want honest, no frills accommodation with wonderful staff and great food then you're onto a winner. We had a great stay and when the area had a power cut on a fully booked restaurant on Saturday night the staff were amazing. Despite a considerable loss of income they kept smiling and coped very well. Seaton Sluice itself is very popular at the weekend. Not surprising really as it is very picturesque. We would be……
