“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. “I need to somewhere to stay for a night in Chicago and found this place. It had a varying level of reviews but found the property more the suitable for what I paid. Easy to follow instructions to get in, clean, and convienent. They even provide ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the city.”

“The view is great, but transportation is only available by taxi, and parking in Chicago is expensive. Living in the city center may be more convenient for shopping.”

“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Alicia was always accessible, friendly and helpful. The hotel was reasonably priced and gave more bang for the buck than nearby hotels commanding 2 to 3 times the nightly rate. They allowed us check in before 3 pm and got us our room early so we could enjoy the full day without hauling our luggage and giving us a chance to freshen up after a 5 am flight”
