“This is a gorgeous B & B to stay in. Amy the registration gal is the best. She makes you feel like your a welcome family member. Bar is quaint and bartender Cody is fun. Breakfast is small portioned but good quiche. No choice, just brought out to you. Location is great and decor is perfect for home. Had diner there and it was ok.( Filet/shrimp) The best was the bread! Try a red dragon at the bar they will get you hooked. Also Amy gives a lovey historical tour of the place after breakfast. “It was fun to stay in such an historic building. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming although the biscuits were good. The tour after breakfast was interesting. ”

“We stayed in Mae-Mae's Room at the Steele Cottage and it was great for our needs. Well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible, yet removed from the core downtown area for privacy. The breakfast service at the Duff Green Mansion B&B was good for a first morning, but the 3+ block walk is not directly toward the main part of downtown and the river. I suggest equipping the Steele Cottage with bottled waters and snack items in each room for optimal convenience.”
